Dear friends, gleaning here and there on various institutional sites, I stumbled on Resolution 337/2007 of the Court of Auditors - Section control to the Calabria region, where were made five specific requirements: The City of
Condofuri,
1) reviewing the adequacy, according to the dictates of Article 1, paragraph 158 et seq. Finance Act of 2007, revenue related to Title I of its budget for 2007, eliminating any residui attivi da considerarsi inesigibili ovvero attuando ogni e diversa operazione di adeguamento dell’ammontare delle iscrizione a quello degli accertamenti effettivi, procedendo, se del caso, al consequenziale assestamento del bilancio annuale di previsione;
2) in ogni caso avvierà una attività di recupero straordinario degli importi relativi ad entrate del Titolo I, accertate e non riscosse, nei limiti temporali consentiti dalla Legge Finanziaria 2007 e da quelle in materia di prescrizione delle imposte comunali;
3) non ha rispettato l’art.1, comma 557 della Legge Finanziaria per il 2007 (legge 296/2006), in materia di contenimento delle spese di personale.

Subsequently, the City Council, in response to what is prescribed by the control body, decided on 04/12/2007, nnrr. 19 and 20.
Unfortunately, the documents published, and in the opinion of the writer, it seems that the local authority or abbia adempiuto a tali prescrizioni, né abbia effettuato la variazione del bilancio di previsione nei termini previsti dal T.U.E.L. se non erro art. 175.
Sono sicuro che le risposte sono state date agli organi competenti e forse non sono solo state pubblicate ma, se tutto questo venisse confermato dagli amministratori locali o da chi è a conoscenza di dati certi, l’accaduto sarebbe molto grave e potrebbe avere conseguenze sul futuro della nostra amministrazione.
